How long does it take to create one Kailla handbag?
- Our handbags are made on demand, in case there is no handbag in stock. It can take 2 to 4 days to our master craftsmen to hand made your bag, that will be made uniquely for you. Each piece is made with all the art and soul and that is what makes her so special and to unique and also special clients.

In what kind of package will my products be delivered?
- Your order will arrive in one KAILLA box, with a cotton dust bag and a brand’s exclusive card.

What payment methods can I use?
- The payment can be done through the MB system (only in Portugal), bank transfer (advance payment) and PayPal (Debit or Credit card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express). In case of bank transfer payment, please send afterwards the payment slip by e-mail.

Is it safe to pay with my credit/debit card?
- Yes, it is for sure. All your personal data are private and confidential.

How much it cost to ship my order?
- The shipping costs are free to Portugal and the all world. Some countries have customs duties and taxes. That will be at client costs.

How is done the shipping of my order?
- The shipping of your order is made by UPS to Portugal. And to the rest of the world is trough UPS, as well.

Can I follow the order state?
- Yes, right after your order will have been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the shipping confirmation and a tracking code of your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?
- If the bag that you order is in stock, the maximum reception deadline is 2 or 4 workdays. If the bag isn’t in stock, it will take between 1 to 2 weeks, maximum.

To which countries do you ship?
- We deliver our bags to Portugal and any other part of the world.

Can I exchange or return the product?
- In case you want to exchange or return any product, you can make it until 15 days after the order reception. To be accepted the exchange or return, the product must be new, in the way it has been delivered.
