In case you want to exchange or return any product, you can make it until 15 days after the order reception. To be accepted the exchange or return, the product must be new, in the way it has been delivered and in its original package, with all the sent elements. The product must be sent to the sender’s address. The shipping costs of the exchange or return is at the client costs.
